This website is operated by PT Catalyx Teknologi Indonesia ("Catalyx", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Indonesia that provides HR advisory services to companies in Indonesia and across Asia. Technical information. When you visit, our website host records standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. We do not use it to profile you.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use the details you send through the contact form only to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of our business correspondence. We use technical information only to operate and secure the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run this website, and only as far as needed for that purpose:

FormSubmit, an email-relay service. When you press Send, your browser passes the form details to FormSubmit, which delivers them to our inbox.

Vercel, the hosting provider that serves this website and keeps standard technical logs.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. These providers may process information on servers outside Indonesia. We choose providers that describe how they protect data, and we do not send them more than they need.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party trackers, and it does not embed social-media or advertising tools. If we add analytics in future, we will choose a privacy-conscious approach and update this policy first.

Videos

Our films are hosted on this website itself. A video file loads only when you press Play, and no third-party video platform is involved.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier at any time. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own settings.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. We limit who can read enquiries and we ask our providers to protect the information they handle. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please keep confidential details out of the contact form.
